However, from Hung Vuong street, you can walk following the Le Hong Phong street to go to Ngoc Ha street and here is the gate to walk into Ho Chi Minh Museum.

If you are in the area of Hanoi Flag Tower, you can walk towards the mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh by following Dien Bien Phu Street (the road to celebrate the victory of Dien Bien Phu in 1954) or Le Hong Phong street to Chua Mot Cot street (One Pillar Pagoda). The distance is about 800-900m.
